The project is prominently located on Holden Street in the suburb of Hindmarsh and only 5 minutes driving to the Adelaide CBD. The site has singular street front of 360 feet and a site area of approx. 54,000 square feet. The proposed development will include 62 serviced apartments, approximately 9,000 square feet retail and 150,000 square feet commercial.
Dragonwheel and its partner have retained a world-renowned award-winning architect Wood Bagot as architect for the project.
This project is in the process of council approval and expected to start construction in May or June 2022 and completed by the end of 2023.
