We have received approval from the city on Phase II of Isabelle Terrace.
A second building containing 28 modern apartments with studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
Shared lobby space and rooftop deck space will be enjoyed by future residences and Phase I residents. Tuck-under secure parking, and indoor bike storage are additional amenities provided. Design choices have been finalized.
Lot prep to begin January 2021. Phase II estimated for completion in first quarter 2023.
