Overview
The Southwest Washington Agricultural & Innovation Park is a public-private partnership to increase the Agriculture and Innovation industries throughout the region. Public partners such as the Washington State Department of Commerce, Port of Olympia, and Tenino have invested cash and resources together to get the Agricultural park ready for private sector investment. The South building is spearheading the first private sector building to meet the goals of the Agricultural Park.
The North building (public ownership) is 7190 square feet commercial building that will include an event and Innovation Center along with a commercial kitchen equipped as a catering facility. Additionally, there will be concessions and EV charging stations.
