Overview
Shelton Springs is a new apartment community development set to begin construction in the spring of 2025 and is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2026. Located in Shelton, Washington, this project will be the largest apartment complex in the area and address a current shortage of housing. It will feature six buildings with a total of 84 market-rate apartment units, one 4-plex, and one commercial building used for flex space or retail services. Upon completion, Shelton Springs will stand as a landmark development, offering modern amenities and high-quality living spaces to its residents.
In addition, the Project area and site are located within a “Qualified Opportunity Zone” (QOZ) in Mason County and within the urban growth area of the City of Shelton. The QOZ designation provides a significant tax and investment benefit to Investors and the Project Sponsors will be establishing a Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) for this purpose.
