Final Documents & Pre-Construction Services

  • Lead development team to finalize site construction design documents
  • Arrange and solicit construction bids
  • Identify and retain on behalf of Client most qualifies General Contractor (GC) to lead the construction phase
  • Prepare contracts and related forms to execute the GC agreement

Construction/Project Management

  • Provide Developer Services to facilitate and manage the construction team and process
  • Provide Client with monthly progress reports and financial statements of work completed
  • Prepare and distribute Monthly Project Flyer to investors showing work status
  • Coordinate with local agency representatives to obtain necessary approvals and acceptance of construction
  • Complete all final project closeout procedures to obtain occupancy permits

Real estate investment

  • Identify and select high-quality real estate projects using the DIG client and broker database
  • Align potential investments and secured partnerships with recognized and successful developers/contractors in the region of interest
  • Oversee capital investment using internal protocols and management tools to control risk
