Lead development team to finalize site construction design documents
Arrange and solicit construction bids
Identify and retain on behalf of Client most qualifies General Contractor (GC) to lead the construction phase
Prepare contracts and related forms to execute the GC agreement
Construction/Project Management
Provide Developer Services to facilitate and manage the construction team and process
Provide Client with monthly progress reports and financial statements of work completed
Prepare and distribute Monthly Project Flyer to investors showing work status
Coordinate with local agency representatives to obtain necessary approvals and acceptance of construction
Complete all final project closeout procedures to obtain occupancy permits
Real estate investment
Identify and select high-quality real estate projects using the DIG client and broker database
Align potential investments and secured partnerships with recognized and successful developers/contractors in the region of interest
Oversee capital investment using internal protocols and management tools to control risk
